0DFSK began on the hands of DFM or the Dongfeng Motor Group in China which was founded back in 1969. Dongfeng is China’s third biggest manufacturer of vehicles, the company finished as the second largest vehicle manufacturer in 2014 based on the volume of its production. DFSK is on the research, development, production and sales of mini commercial vehicles, from mini pick-up, mini bus and passenger vehicles, anything that is miniature. Apart from vehicles, they also manufacture engines and spare parts, all of international quality. Since 2012, the company has ranked as the top exporter of the mini auto industry in China.
DFM and Sokor Motor Group formed DFSK through their shared venture and today, the company is operating in six different manufacturing sites in China and is also currently in partnership with different leading motor manufacturers around the world. Even if the company is dominating the Chinese domestic vehicle market, DFSK is on the move in becoming the leader of compact vehicle industry not just in China, but also around the world.
